With extensive experience in upstream and downstream medical device product marketing, Carol has invested the last 20 plus years on the strategic road-mapping of product pipelines, managing product specifications, and the creation of targeted messaging in highly segmented consumer and professional driven markets. Carol has held positions with Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and Advanced Bionics, where she had global responsibility for managing the product definition and market introduction of innovative systems designed to expand the application of cochlear implants. Carol has held collaborative project management roles in the medical device industry focused on spinal cord stimulation, diabetes management, cochlear implants and hearing devices. Her ability to wear many hats and manage cross-functional teams has consistently resulted in the delivery of successful global launches. Carol holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science from McGill University in Montreal.
